I, (we) despite all reasonable precautions implemented for safety, am (are) fully aware of and appreciate the risks, including the risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis and even death as well as other damages and losses associated with participation in the programs or activities. I (we) knowingly and willingly assume all such risks. Consequently, I (we) hereby form myself, heirs, executors and administrators, do waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the owners, operators, employees and other members of TNT Dynamite Parties, Inc. from personal injury or accident of any sort or nature suffered by me (us), the undersigned, by reason of participation or membership in any programs or activities of TNT Dynamite Parties, Inc.

Safety Rules

  1. Socks must be worn to enter.
  2. No chewing gum.
  3. No drinks or food allowed in the Party Arena.
  4. No flipping on inflatables.
  5. No pushing.
  6. No pets allowed in the building.
  7. Feet first down all slides.
  8. No jumping off top of slides.
  9. No climbing on exterior of blow-ups.
10. Keep all sharp objects away from inflatables.
11. If the inflatable accidentally deflates, exit in an orderly manner to the center of the arena
12. Keep all party toys (i.e. 'silly string') and other toys away from inflatables.
